I will not even begin to drive buyers around looking at home unless we have went thru a interview process and I have a signed agency. They also need to have a valid approval from a local and reputable lender, preferably one I do business with. They will continue to charge the card or account without your permission. You don't want to have to close an operating account that you may have had for years. Just be very careful and read all of the terms including their cancellation policy. The fees they charge can be very expensive. The service in the beginning may be great and then thing change.
